Triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol(TC), HDL-cholesterol (HDL) and LDL-cholesterol(LDL) were also measured. After 12 months of therapy, the effectiveness was finally evaluated. Results    After 12-month lifestyle intervention, 40 mild fatty liver recovered to normal(P<0.01) while among moderate cases, 28 turned into mild and 3 recovered to normal(P<0.01). 3 severe cases became moderate(P<0.05). And TG、TC、LDL decreased significantly. Conclusion    Lifestyle intervention can effectively reduce the morbidity rate and increase the recovery rate in non-alcoholic fatty liver patients.
