Abstract:

Objective  To study the relationship between the degree of stenosis of right coronary stenosis and the blood flow of saphenous vein (SV) in on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CCABG).  Methods  According to the RCA stenosis degree, the 89 patients of CCABG treatment were divided into 3 groups (<75%, 75%95%, >95%): 15 cases in group A, 53 cases in group B, 21 cases in group C. After routine SV and RCA anastomosis is completed and then hemodynamic values were stable, the SV bridge flow pattern, mean flow, pulsatility index (PI) and mean arterial blood pressure were measured and recorded directly by transittime flowmeter to contrastively study the SV blood flow. Results  SV mean blood flow values of group C(43.8±19.1) mL/min were significantly higher than the values of group A(26.3±12.8) mL/min and group B  (35.6±17.0)mL/min(P<0.01); and SV mean blood flow values of group B was higher than the  values of group A(P<0.01). Pulsatility index (PI) of group C(1.72±0.81) was significantly lower than that of group A(3.8±1.4) and group B(2.9±0.98)(P<0.01), group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05). But there were no statistically significant differences of three groups mean blood pressure (P>0.05). Conclusion  In on-pump coronary artery bypass grafting, the RCA stenosis degree is higher, the SV bridge blood flow is greater, and the PI values is smaller.
