Abstract:

To investigate the effect of negative pressure in the pharyngooral cavity on lymphatic circulation, and look for a new way to improve lymphatic circulation. MethodsMake negative pressure in the pharyngooral cavity of rabbits, then inject dye in the end of the four limbs and ear, record the time when the dye reach to the observation site. Compare the difference between the experiment groups and the control groups, then observe the effect of negative pressure in the pharyngooral cavity on lymphatic circulation. ResultsThe time of the experiment groups is less than that of the control groups. ConclusionNegative pressure in the pharyngooral cavity can improve lymphatic circulation.
