Abstract:

To predict the theoretical responder status of HBV multiepitope vaccines in the Chinese population and to provide guidance for preparation and research of HBV multiepitope vaccines. MethodsCumulative phenotypic frequency (CPF) of HBV multiepitope vaccines was calculated using Forecasting System of Theoretical Immune Response Rate of HLAAB Loci Restricted Multiepitope Vaccine in Chinese Population, and thus the theoretical responder status in the Chinese population was evaluated. ResultsThe theoretical responder status of HBV multiepitope vaccines whose HLAI restricted epitopes belonging to one supertype was low and belonging to different supertypes was comparatively high in the Chinese population.  ConclusionThis research predicts the theoretical responder status of HBV multiepitope vaccines in the Chinese population. This helps to evaluate effects of vaccines with different combinations of HLAI restricted epitopes and shows new directions of HBV multiepitope vaccines.
