Abstract: To evaluate the effect of 18FFDG PETCT in followup of lung cancer after treatment. Methods: 18and 6 by radiotherapy. Results:Relapse in the same place of the primary focus was found in 16 patients，of whom 8 were found by 18Conclusion: 18FFDG PETCT has salutary effect in detecting the recrudescence and metastasis of lung cancer after treatment.
