摘要: 目的 构建青少年抑郁障碍及多种心理行为问题网络,探索网络中的核心症状,推断因果关联。 方法 选取320例抑郁障碍青少年,采用儿童抑郁量表、Young网络成瘾量表、社交回避及苦恼问卷和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表进行调查。使用无向网络分析及有向贝叶斯网络分析症状之间的关联并推定因果方向。 结果 在青少年抑郁障碍-心理行为问题网络中,戒断&社交问题以及消极情绪最为核心,睡眠障碍桥接强度最强;快感缺乏和睡眠障碍的关系最强。贝叶斯网络中,消极情绪有最高因果优先性,易诱发多种心理行为问题;低效能和人际问题位于网络底部,相对依赖其他症状。 结论 消极情绪是青少年抑郁障碍-心理行为问题中的关键症状且易诱发青少年多种心理行为问题。
