摘要: 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)理念已在欧美等发达国家普遍应用,近年国内发展迅速,在妇科、儿科、肝胆外科、泌尿外科及肿瘤科等科室得到广泛推广,临床效果满意。ERAS旨在根据患者病情进行术前准备,采用循证医学方法优化手术流程,倡导多学科合作,从而达到减少患者围手术期应激反应、降低并发症发生率、缩短住院时长、促进身体机能及心理状况恢复。骨折以急症为主,多数患者需要手术治疗,医疗费用支出较多;多发骨折或高龄患者病情重且复杂,住院时间较长且易出现并发症;术后肢体功能恢复缓慢,康复需求强烈,因此,在骨折患者中推行ERAS理念十分重要。论文总结了ERAS在骨折康复中应用进展,为今后ERAS的临床应用提供参考借鉴。
