摘要: 目的 探讨聚乙二醇电解质散(PGEP)在妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备中的应用效果。 方法 选取2019年2月至2019年5月行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组(研究组和对照组各40例)。研究组采用肥皂水灌肠联合口服PGEP溶液进行术前肠道准备,对照组采用肥皂水灌肠进行肠道准备,比较两组患者术前血指标及肠道准备的效果。 结果 两组患者术前血钾、血钠、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血pH值、低钠血症/低钾血症发生率、术后排气时间及手术医师对患者的肠道准备满意度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者均未发生重度低钠血症、低钾血症或严重并发症;研究组患者血糖[4.90(4.70, 5.28)mmol/L vs 5.25(4.83, 5.70)mmol/L, z=-2.30, P=0.02]和手术时间[35.00(25.00, 50.00)min vs 57.50(41.25, 90.00)min, z=-4.01, P<0.001]均低于对照组。 结论 口服PGEP对妇科腹腔镜术前血钾、血钠、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血pH值无影响,且能够提高肥皂水肠道准备效果,不影响术后肠蠕动恢复。
