摘要: 探讨核因子κB(nuclear factor kappa B, NFκB)、bcl2及bax在胃不典型增生及胃癌中的表达及在胃癌发生中的作用。

Abstract: To explore the expression and role of NFκB, bcl2 and bax protein in gastric cancer and atypical hyperplasia. Method: The expressions of NFκB,bcl2 and bax were determined with Power VisionTM immunohistochemical analysis in 84 patients with gastric cancer and 54 with gastric atypical hyperplasia. Apoptosis was detected by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferasemediated dUTPbiotin nick end labeling(TUNEL). Result: The rates of NFκB(59.52%) and bcl2(52.38%)in gastric cancer were significantly higher than those in gastric atypical hyperplasia (P<0.05). Overexpression of NFκB in gastric cancer was related to tumor size (P<0.05), and there was positive correlation between the expression of NFκB and of bcl2. The apoptosis index(AI) gradually decreased to (1.29±0.50)%, (0.96±0.36)%, and (0.70±0.43)% in low dysplasia, high dysplasia and gastric cancer, in which there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusions: NFκB may inhibit the
