3D腹腔镜胃血管球瘤切除术报道1例

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨胃血管球瘤的临床表现、鉴别诊断和治疗等。方法分析1例胃血管球瘤的临床特点、诊断、鉴别诊断、病理特点和治疗情况,同时复习近年来的国内外相关文献。结果在加速康复外科理念指导下行3D腹腔镜胃局部切除手术,术后病理及免疫组化诊断为胃血管球瘤,术后恢复良好。结论胃血管球瘤发生非常少见,属于良性肿瘤,以胃窦部为多见,诊断主要依靠术后组织病理及免疫组化分析。手术切除是安全的,术后近期效果好。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, differential diagnosis and treatment of gastric glomus tumor(GGT). Methods The clinical features, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, pathological features and treatment of one GGT patient were analyzed, and related literature was reviewed. Results The patient underwent 3D laparoscope-assisted local gastric resection in our enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)programs. Postoperative HE staining and immunohistochemical pathology confirmed the case was GGT. The patient recovered well after surgery. Conclusion GGT is a rare benign tumor derived from the antrum of stomach. Diagnosis of GGT mainly depends on postoperative histopathology and immunohistochemistry. Surgical resection is safe and has good short-term outcomes.
