NRP2在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical-pathological significance of NRP2 in gastric carcinoma

摘要: 目的 探讨神经纤毛蛋白-2(NRP2)在胃癌(GC)组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 收集65例胃癌组织及其配对癌旁正常黏膜组织,采用Western blotting、实时定量PCR(qRT-PCR)检测组织中NRP2蛋白及mRNA的表达,统计分析NRP2的表达与胃癌临床病理资料的关系。结果 无论是在基因水平还是在蛋白水平,NRP2在癌组织中的表达均高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);临床病理分析统计显示,NRP2的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期及远处转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、组织学分型无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论 NRP2在胃癌中高表达,并与胃癌转移及进展密切相关,有望成为胃癌生物治疗的靶点。

Abstract: Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of neuropilin-2 (NRP2) in gastric carcinoma (GC). Methods A total of 65 gastric carcinoma and adjacent non-tumorous specimens were collected. NRP2 protein and mRNA were detected with quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blotting, and clinicopathological parameters of gastric carcinoma were analyzed. Results There was a significantly higher expression of NRP2 in GC tissues compared with in adjacent non-tumorous tissues in both gene and protein levels (P<0.05). Statistical analysis revealed that NRP2 expression in GC tissues was positively correlated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, depth of infiltration, TNM stage and distant metastasis, but not with gender, age and histological classification (P>0.05). Conclusion NRP2 expression is up-regulated in gastric carcinoma and may play important roles in the metastasis and development of gastric carcinoma, which suggests NRP2 may be a potential target of therapy for GC.
