摘要: 衰老驱动了多种疾病的发生发展,延缓衰老是疾病防治最好的方法。器官衰老的特殊类型——卵巢衰老,是一个具有重要影响的疾病状态,深入研究卵巢衰老的发生发展机制,探讨可能的延缓卵巢衰老思路和策略,对于女性卵巢衰老及老年性疾病的防治、人口老龄化状态的改善及中老年人群健康的维系格外重要。综述卵巢衰老机制研究和预防策略的研究现状,为卵巢衰老的防治以及进一步研究提供理论依据与方向指导。
