摘要: 目的 研究宾州毛耳叶苔Jubula pennsylvanica Steph.全草的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱等方法对宾州毛耳叶苔乙醇提取物的乙醚部位进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据结合理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果 从宾州毛耳叶苔中分离得到 5个化合物,分别鉴定为核木子素E(1)、片叶苔素D(2)、地钱素C(3)、异地钱素C(4)和半月苔素(5)。结论 化合物 1~5 为首次从毛耳叶苔属植物中分离得到。
