摘要：

目的通过测定前列腺体积（PV）、膀胱内前列腺突入程度（IPP）、膀胱尿道角（BUA），探讨其在预测良性前列腺增生症患者（BPH）发生急性尿潴留（AUR）中的作用。方法回顾分析40例BPH患者，按照有无发生过AUR,分为AUR组（A组）和无AUR组（B组），其中A组22例，B组18例，采用磁共振（MRI）测定PV、IPP、BUA并进行相关性分析。结果两组患者PV及IPP比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。A组BUA值为（49.3±11.3）°，B组BUA值为（31.3±15.8）°，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），当BUA≥45°时，有88.9%的患者可发生AUR。结论 BUA是预测BPH患者发生AUR的重要指标之一，经MRI测量的BUA是评估BPH患者发生AUR的一种简单、易行的方法

Abstract:

Objective To evaluate the value of prostate volume（PV）, intravesical prostatic protrusion（IPP） and bladder-urethra angle（BUA） as predictors of acute urinary retention （AUR） in men with benign prostate hyperhlasia（BPH）. Methods 40 BPH patients were divided into 2 groups. 22 patients in AUR group had surffered AUR at least one time, while the other18 patients had never underwent AUR, measured PV、IPP 、 BUA by MRI, and make a relative analysis. Results In the clinical data, there was no significance in the PV and IPP between two groups(P＞0.05). There was a statistical significance in the BUA between two groups (P＜0.05）.When BUA is over 45°, there is a risk of 88.9% developing AUR. Conclusions BUA is one of the indicators to predict whether BPH patients have the probability of developing AUR. BUA measured by MRI is a simple way to assess AUR in BPH patients.
