摘要：

目的探讨白细胞介素-17 (IL-17)和Th17细胞与子痫前期发病的关系。方法选取32例重度子痫前期患者为子痫前期组，30例正常晚期妊娠孕妇为对照组。采用实时定量PCR方法检测两组胎盘组织IL-17 mRNA 表达水平；酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心（ELISA）法检测外周血血清IL-17、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的浓度。结果子痫前期组胎盘IL-17 mRNA表达量较对照组升高（P＜0.05）；子痫前期组外周血血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α水平均高于对照组（P＜0.01、P＜0.05、P＜0.01）；子痫前期组外周血中IL-17与IL-6的表达水平呈正相关（r=0.402，P＜0.05）。结论 IL-17和Th17细胞介导了子痫前期的发生，其过程可能与IL-6和TNF-α的参与有关。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the relationship of IL-17 and Th17 cells with preeclampsia. Methods Thirty-two patients with severe preeclampsia and thirty normal pregnant women as controls were investigated. ① Expression of IL-17 mRNA in placental specimens was detected by real-time PCR; ② Concentrations of IL-17, IL-6 and TNFα in serum were measured by ELISA. Results Compared with the control group, expression of IL-17 mRNA was higher in preeclampsia placentas (P＜0.05); levels of IL-17,IL-6 and TNF-α in maternal serum were higher in the preeclampsia group than in the controls (P＜0.01, P＜0.05, P＜0.01 respectively ); the preeclampsia group, there was a positive correlation between IL-17 and IL-6（r=0.402, P＜0.05）. Conclusions IL-17 and Th17 cells may contribute to the pathogenesis and pathophysiology of preeclampsia. IL-6 and TNF-α may also be involved in the process.
