摘要：

目的分析济南铁路工人高血压前期发生率及其影响因素。方法整群抽取济南铁路局在职铁路工人的体检数据12?094份，采用单因素和多元Logistic回归进行统计分析。结果济南铁路工人的高血压前期发生率为47.2%，不同年龄、不同性别的高血压前期发生率差异均具有统计学意义；单因素分析显示，吸烟、饮酒、空腹血糖（FPG）、高甘油三脂（TG）和高体重指数（BMI）是高血压前期的危险因素；多元Logistic回归分析显示，性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、FPG异常、高TG和高BMI是高血压前期的危险因素。结论铁路工人高血压前期发生率处于较高水平，需重视铁路工人的高血压防治工作。

Abstract:

To analyze the prevalent rate of prehypertension and its influential factors for railway workers. MethodsCluster sampling was used to select 12?094 health physical examination results among railway workers. Single factor analysis and multivariate logistic analysis were used. ResultsThe prevalent rate of prehypertension among railway was 47.2%, which was significantly different in different age and gender groups. Single factor analysis showed that smoking, alcohol, FPG, high TG, and high BMI were risk factors of prehypertension. Multivariateregression analysis showed that gender, age, smoking, alcohol, FPG abnormality, high TG and high BMI were risk factors of prehypertension. ConclusionThe prevalent rate of prehypertension is at a high level and prevention and treatment of hypertension among railway workers should be strengthened.
