稳心胶囊的制备及质量标准

Preparation of the Wenxin capsule and its quality standard

摘要:

目的建立稳心胶囊的制备方法及质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中甘松、党参、三七进行定性鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1的含量。结果薄层色谱法专属性强;人参皂苷Rg1平均回收率为96.07%,RSD为0.33%;三七皂苷R1平均回收率为95.98%,RSD为0.56%。结论高效液相色谱法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于稳心胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract:

To establish a preparation method and quality standard for the Wenxin capsule. MethodsThinlayer chromatography (TLC) was employed to identify Radix et Rhizoma Nardostachyos, Radix Codonopsis and Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng. The contents of Ginsenoside Rg1  and Notoginsenoside R1 were determined by high pressure liquid chromatography. ResultsQuality control showed that identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The average recovery of Ginsenoside Rg1  was 96.07% with RSD at 0.33% and  Notoginsenoside R1 was 95.98% with RSD at 0.56%. ConclusionHigh pressure liquid chromatography is easy,accurate and reproducible and can be used for quality control of this preparation.
