SERPINE2基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的相关性

Relationship between chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and SERPINE2 polymorphism

摘要:

目的研究血清中丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂2(SERPINE2)基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)表型的相关性,探索COPD的发病机制。方法选取100例COPD散发患者作为病例组,同时选100例健康者作为对照组,通过等位基因特异性探针检测血清单核苷酸多态性(SNP),判定单个样本的基因型并进行χ2检验和相关分析。结果rs6734100位点的突变与COPD不存在相关性。结论SERPINE2不是汉族人COPD患者的易感基因。

Abstract:

To explore the relationship between SERPINE2 polymorphisms and chronic obstructive pulmonary  disease( COPD)related phenotypes and to investigate the mechanism of COPD. Methods100 patients with COPD served as the experimental group and 100 healthy people as the control group. In the present study, we genotyped the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) from SERPINE2 by special allele multiprobe technology and identified its gene type. The casecontrol data were analyzed using a chisquare test and correlation analysis. ResultSNP rs6734100 had no significant association with COPD.  ConclusionSERPINE2 is not a COPD susceptibility gene in the Han population.
