均匀设计法优选中草药免疫活性成分工艺研究

Extraction process of the immunity active ingredient of Chinese herbal  medicine by uniform design

摘要:

目的优选复方中草药免疫活性成分最佳的工艺条件。方法用均匀试验法设计最佳提取工艺条件,以复方的提取物得率、巨噬细胞吞噬活性和淋巴细胞增值率为测定指标,研究液料比、温度、提取时间和醇沉比例四个因素提取的免疫活性成分对小白鼠免疫功能的影响。结果最佳提取工艺条件为:液料比20∶1(g/mL), 温度为100?℃,提取时间为170?min,醇沉比例为85%。结论该工艺适合于中草药免疫复方配伍的筛选。

Abstract:

To optimize an extracting process for the immunity active ingredient of Chinese  Herbal Medicine. MethodsThe extracting process was optimized by a uniform design with extraction rate, macrophage phagocytic function and lymphopoiesis rate as indexes to observe the effect of extraction temperature, amount of added extract solvent, extraction time and alcohol concentration on the immunity function of rats. ResultsThrough a DPS software analysis, the most favorable condition was with 20 times the amount of water as medicine, 100?℃, 170?min, and 85% of the alcohol concentration ratio. ConlusionThis extraction technique for the immunity active ingredient of Chinese Herbal Medicine is suitable and feasible.
