应用脱细胞真皮基质预防腮腺术后Frey综合征

Acellular dermal matrix in the prevention of Frey syndrome after parotidectomy

摘要:

目的〓〖HTK〗评价脱细胞真皮基质在预防Frey综合征中的作用。〖HTW〗方法〓〖HTK〗将156例腮腺区良性病变患者分为实验组和对照组各78例,实验组78例患者行腮腺浅叶切除手术的同时应用脱细胞真皮基质覆盖创面,12~37月后采用问卷调查和淀粉-碘实验,对患者Frey综合征的发病情况进行评价。〖HTW〗结果〓〖HTK〗应用脱细胞真皮基质的78例患者,4例存在Frey综合征,占5.13%。淀粉-碘实验有7例(8.97%)患者存在不同程度Frey综合征。未应用脱细胞真皮基质的78例患者,Frey综合征的主观、客观发病情况分别为32例和46例(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。〖HTW〗结论〓〖HTK〗应用脱细胞真皮基质,安全无毒副作用,可以有效预防Frey综合征的发生。

Abstract:

Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To evaluate the effect of acellular dermal matrix in preventing development of Frey syndrome after parotidectomy. 〖WTHZ〗Methods〓〖WTBZ〗156 patients were divided into 2 groups: the experimental group subjected to superficial parotidectomy with placement of an acellular dermal matrix and the control group subjected to superficial parotidectomy without placement of an acellular dermal matrix. All were evaluated 12 to 37 months later and questioned about gustatory sweating. The Minor starch-iodine test was performed on for an objective assessment. 〖WTHZ〗Results〓〖WTBZ〗Subjective Frey syndrome was found in 4 patients in the experimental group and 32 in the control group. And objective Frey syndrome was found in 7 patients in the experimental group and 46 in the control group. Both subjective and objective differences in Frey syndrome were statistically significant. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗An acellular dermal matrix can reduce the incidence of Frey syndrome, and it is safe and has no side effects.
