人脑桥静脉流出端肌性超微结构及其对颅内压的作用

bridging veins and its significance on intracranial hypertension

摘要:

目的〓〖HTK〗观察人脑桥静脉流出端管壁的肌性超微结构,揭示该段血管的收缩和舒张特性,探讨其对颅内静脉血液流出的调节机制。〖HTW〗方法〓〖HTK〗非血管源性神经系统疾病患者行开颅手术,术中截取脑桥静脉至近静脉窦端,选取脑桥静脉流出端行超薄切片,重金属盐染色后透射电子显微镜下观察。〖HTW〗结果〓〖HTK〗电子显微镜下观察显示,人脑桥静脉流出端的肌性超微结构特征与脑静脉系统其他部位显著不同:存在散在、孤立的平滑肌细胞,细胞间未见缝隙连接,未发现神经纤维组织,无平滑肌细胞的功能性统一体.〖HTW〗结论〓〖HTK〗脑桥静脉流出端不具有自主舒缩功能,缺乏主动调控机制,其具有的特殊形态学特征提示其可能是脑血液循环中静脉血液流出的关键环节,是调节颅内压的关键环节之一

Abstract:

Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To explore the regulatory mechanism of muscular ultra-microstructures of the outflow segments on blood flowing out from the cerebral bridging veins. 〖WTHZ〗Methods〓〖WTBZ〗Bridging veins were obtained from patients suffering from non-venous disorder diseases of the central nervous system. The junctures of bridging veins were completely isolated as close as possible to superior sagittal sinus and sliced. Then serial sections of the outflow segments were observed by transmission electron microscopy. 〖WTHZ〗Results〓〖WTBZ〗Muscular morphological features of
the outflow segments o
f cerebral bridging veins were obviously different from those of other parts of the cerebral vein system. Sporadic and isolated smooth muscle cells were discovered by electron microscopy, but no nerve fibers and no gap junctions were found between cells. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗The outflow segment of bridging veins can not functionally contract and dilate, the control mechanism here must be passive. Its special morphological pattern indicates that the outflow segment is the possible key point to control vein outflow and so it is a possible key point to regulate intracranial hypertension.
