摘要: 目的 通过对某口腔医院种植患者术前乙型肝炎表面抗原(hepatitis B surface antigen, HBsAg)、丙型肝炎抗体(hepatitis C virus antibody, Anti-HCV)、梅毒螺旋体抗体(treponema pallidum antibody, Anti-TP)和人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(human immunodeficiency virus antibody, Anti-HIV)4项血清感染性指标检出状况进行回顾性分析,了解种植患者血清感染性指标的流行情况。 方法 对2017年1月至2022年12月在某口腔医院施行口腔种植术,并在该院完成术前血清感染性指标检测的5 896例患者资料进行回顾性分析,比较检测结果在性别、年龄等一般资料上的差异。 结果 5 896例口腔种植患者术前4项血清感染性指标阳性指标数共计197例,总体阳性检出率为3.34%(197/5 896)。其中,HBsAg、Anti-HCV和Anti-TP的阳性检出率分别为2.75%(162/5 896)、0.24%(14/5 896)和0.36%(21/5 896),未检出Anti-HIV阳性感染者。HBsAg、Anti-HCV与Anti-TP阳性检出率之间的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=214.747, P<0.001);不同年龄组HBsAg阳性检出率之间的差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.074, P=0.018)。 结论 口腔医院种植患者术前血清感染性指标存在一定阳性检出率。建议口腔专业医务人员在口腔诊疗过程中严格执行预检分诊,加强医院感染防控措施落实,加大对口腔门诊患者血清感染性指标的筛检力度,同时卫生健康管理部门加强对疫苗接种等传染病防控知识的宣传教育,以降低血源性病原体交叉感染风险。
