摘要: 宫腔病变是导致不孕的常见原因之一,也常常是辅助生殖技术失败的重要原因。宫腔镜技术是诊断和治疗宫腔疾病的“金标准”和主要方法,对提高辅助生殖妊娠率方面有重要价值。然而,随着宫腔镜技术的大范围推广,能量器械所带来的并发症屡见不鲜,甚至非常严重,呼吁内镜医生在有效治疗疾病的同时,更要关注手术的安全性,关注生育力的保护。为此,宫腔镜“冷刀”技术及理念应运而生,通过更加精准的操作,不仅更好地保护子宫内膜,还可在门诊宫腔镜室“即诊即治”,减少住院率,提高医疗效率。目前,各种不同的 “冷刀”技术方法正在不断的探索和拓展之中,有望成为宫腔镜新的发展方向与潮流。
