退变性脊柱侧凸相关分型及选择策略

Related classification and selection strategy of degenerative scoliosis

摘要: 选择合适的临床分型系统,不仅指导疾病的临床规范诊治,而且提升专业领域的学术交流效果。目前有关退变性脊柱侧凸的临床分型系统已有10余种。熟识Lenke-Silva分级手术干预策略、Berjano分型系统、冠状面失平衡分型系统以及脊柱畸形微创手术干预分型系统(MISDEF分型)对于规范退变性脊柱侧凸临床诊治、提升诊治效果具有重要意义。

关键词: 成人脊柱畸形, 退变性脊柱侧凸, 腰椎退变性疾病, 临床分型

Abstract: Choosing the appropriate clinical classification system can not only guide the standard clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases, but also enhance the academic exchanges in the professional field. Familiar with Lenke-Silva graded surgical intervention strategy, Berjano classification, coronal imbalance classifications and the minimally invasive spinal deformity surgery algorithm(MISDEF classification), is of great significance to standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of degenerative scoliosis and to improve the clinical efficacy.
