2012年3月~2013年2月青岛市黄岛区肾综合征出血热流行特征

Epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome patients in Huangdao District of Qingdao City, China from March, 2012 to February, 2013

摘要: 目的 分析2012年3月~2013年2月青岛市黄岛区肾综合征出血热(HFRS)发病率和流行特征,为HFRS防控提供依据。 方法 采集黄岛地区HFRS 疑似患者急性期血清106份,ELISA法检测汉坦病毒(HV)-IgM抗体,巢式RT-PCR检测HV RNA并进行基因分型。 结果 在106份急性期血清中,HV-IgM阳性20份,HV RNA 阳性2份,均为汉滩型病毒(HTNV),其中1份为双阳性,总阳性21份(19.8%);阳性标本中,男14例,女7例;以45~59岁中壮年患者最多,有13例;秋季为发病高峰,共16例,其他季节存在散发病例;黄岛区2012年3月~2013年2月以藏南镇发病人数最多,有5例,其他各个乡镇基本均有散发病例。 结论 青岛市黄岛区HFRS流行主要是秋冬型,患者以中壮年男性为主。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the incidence and epidemiological feature of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)from March, 2012 to February, 2013 in Huangdao District, Qingdao City and provide the data for the prevention and control of HFRS. Methods A total of 106 acute phase sera of suspected HFRS patients were collected from Huangdao District. These samples were analyzed for Hantavirus(HV)IgM antibodies and RNA through ELISA and nested RT-PCR respectively. HV RNA positive samples were used for genotypic assay. Results Twenty sera of one hundred and six acute phase sera were positive to HV-IgM antibody, and 2 sera were positive to Hantanvirus(HTN)RNA. One of the sera is positive validated by nested RT-PCR, as well as by ELISA. So the total positive number is 21, and the total positive rate was 19.8%. Among these patients, 14 were male and 7 were female, most of whom belonged to the 45-59 year-old group. The disease had mostly occurred in autumn with 16 positive cases and there were also sporadic cases in other seasons. Five of the twenty-one sera were positive in Zangnan County from March, 2012 to February, 2013 and other counties still had some cases.
