摘要: 目的 对比分析双腔支气管导管(DLT)和支气管封堵器(BB)在单肺通气时对呼气末二氧化碳分压(PetCO2)和动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)的影响.方法 30例择期进行胸科手术的患者随机分为DLT组和BB组,每组15例.两组患者在麻醉诱导后进行BB或DLT置入,记录两组进行单肺通气后的PetCO2和PaCO2值.结果 进行单肺通气时,DLT组的PetCO2值高于BB组,PaCO2值低于BB组, PetCO2与PaCO2相关性优于BB组.结论 与使用BB相比,使用DLT进行单肺通气更有利于CO2的排出.
