原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤1例报告及文献复习

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的提高对原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤的认识。方法回顾1例原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果病例为29岁男性,查体发现前纵隔肿物,既往诊断为唯支持细胞综合征(SCOS),AFP、β-HCG等相关血清学检测阴性,经手术完整切除,术后病理诊断为原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤,给予4周期含铂化疗,随访2年无复发迹象。结论手术治疗及化疗等综合治疗在原发性纵隔精原细胞瘤的治疗方案中占据重要的地位,尤其是预计可以完整切除的早期肿瘤。

Abstract: Objective To improve the recognition of primary mediastinal seminoma. Methods The clinical data of 1 patient with primary mediastinal seminoma were described, and the relevant references were reviewed. Results The patient was 29 years old, and diagnosed as Sertoli cell only syndrome(SCOS)before. Physical examination was negative in serological tests of AFP, β-HCG and etc. The patient was pathologically diagnosed as primary mediastinal seminoma after surgery. Conclusion Surgery and chemotherapy play important roles in the treatment of primary mediastinal seminoma, especially for the early tumors that are expected to be completely resected.
