子宫内膜异位症相关不孕的助孕策略

Fertility improvement strategies for endometriosis associated infertility

摘要： 子宫内膜异位症是育龄妇女的常见疾病,除了造成疼痛影响生活质量以外,还显著降低妇女的生育力,导致不孕不育的发生。子宫内膜异位症相关不孕的主要治疗手段为腹腔镜手术和辅助生殖技术, 治疗方法的选择主要取决于疾病的严重程度以及患者本身的特点,但具体采用何种方式及确切的实施时间等问题尚存在争议。

关键词: 子宫内膜异位症, 不孕症, 辅助生殖技术, 女性

Abstract: Endometriosis is a common disease afflicting a significant proportion of women of reproductive age. It affects patients quality of life, reduces their fecundity and leads to infertility. Endometriosis associated infertility is mainly treated with laparoscopic surgery and assisted reproductive technology(ART). The optimal treatment strategy depends on the severity of the disease and the condition of patients. Controversy still remains as how and when to take therapeutic measures.
