子宫内膜异位症的临床表现

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 子宫内膜异位症是一种慢性炎症性雌激素依赖性妇科良性疾病,其主要的临床表现是盆腔疼痛与不孕,但却呈现多样性与复杂性,与子宫内膜异位症病灶的部位与类型密切相关,可严重影响患者的身心健康。关注子宫内膜异位症患者的临床表现,有助于其早期诊断与及时处理。

关键词: 子宫内膜异位症, 临床表现, 疼痛, 不孕

Abstract: Endometriosis is a chronic, inflammatory, estrogen-dependent, and benign gynecologic disease seriously affecting the physical and mental health of women. The main clinical symptoms are pelvic pain and infertility, which are manifested in a diverse and complex manner, and are closely related to the location and type of endometriotic lesions. Paying attention to the clinical manifestations can help the early diagnosis and timely treatment of endometriosis.
