摘要: 目的 探讨济南市西部地区鼠类中携带锥虫的分子流行特征,为锥虫病的传播风险及防治提供依据。 方法 在济南市西部地区采集鼠类脏器样本,应用属通用引物,采用聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction, PCR)扩增锥虫18S小亚基核糖体RNA编码基因(18S small subunit ribosomal RNA gene, 18S rDNA),对毛细管电泳检测阳性的扩增产物进行测序。对阳性样本进行18S rDNA的序列比对和遗传变异分析。 结果 2020年在济南市西部地区采集鼠100只,对其脏器混合样本进行锥虫18S rDNA扩增,共获得5份锥虫阳性样本,锥虫阳性率为5.00%。5份18S rDNA测序分析结果表明,鼠中携带的锥虫均为路氏锥虫(Trypanosoma lewisi),序列一致性最高为100.00%。 结论 本次调查的济南西部地区鼠类携带的锥虫均为路氏锥虫,为该地区锥虫病的后续比较研究提供了基础数据。
