Neruroepithelial stem cells derived from GFP transgenetic mice in vitro

Abstract:

To observe the proliferation and differentiation of neruroepithelial stem cells derived from GFP transgenetic mice. MethodsNeuroepithelial stem cells were isolated from E11d embryos and then amplified by single cell clone and differentiated in serum media. Differentiated cells were identified by immunocytochemistry. Control cells were obtained from nontransgenetic Wistar rats. ResultsThe neruroepithelial stem cells obtained from the GFP transgenetic mice were amplified through single clone and differentiated into neurons and astrocytes in culture media. There was no difference between GFP transgenic cells and control cells. ConclusionGFP transgenetic neruroepithelial stem cells could amplify and differentiate in in vitro culture.
