Clinical application of bronchoscopy in the airway management of patients undergoing mechanical ventilation

Abstract: Bronchoscopy is widely used in clinical work and plays a more and more important role in urgent tracheal intubation and airway management in patients undergoing mechanical ventilation. In particular, it has a unique role in artificial airway establishment, confirmation and adjustment of tracheal intubation, and etiological diagnosis of lower respiratory tract infection. However, problems such as standardized operation, prevention and control of infection related to bronchoscopy should be stressed and improved.
