摘要: 目的 分析巨大儿的相关研究现状及热点并预测其趋势。 方法 以1999~2018年SCI-E数据库收录论文为研究对象,运用文献计量学和VOS viewer数据可视化软件对纳入文献进行统计分析。 结果 1952篇纳入文献的分析结果显示:(1)每年巨大儿的相关研究论文发表数量总体呈增长趋势,美国与英国是该领域文献的主要贡献国家,美国是资助机构数和受资助文章发表数最多的国家,美国作者Caughey AB在该领域影响力相对较大;(2)我国在该领域的影响力逐渐增大,年度发文量于2018年超过美国位居第一,67.6%的文章受基金资助;(3)2009年后该领域出现多元化研究角度和研究方向,但研究的主要方向未发生变化,发表论文的总被引频次从2014年开始呈下降趋势。 结论 巨大儿研究领域一直为研究热点,我国巨大儿研究水平尚需进一步提高,且巨大儿发病的生物学机制尚需进一步探索。
