摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的：探讨Monastrol对人肺腺癌细胞系A549有丝分裂的影响。方法：Monastrol处理A549细胞，免疫荧光染色观察细胞形态并计数，流式细胞术分析细胞周期变化。结果：Monastrol阻滞人肺腺癌细胞系A549有丝分裂于前中期，且分裂期细胞表现为单极纺锤体。结论：Monastrol影响肺癌细胞有丝分裂，抑制肺癌细胞生长，可用于肺癌药物治疗。

Abstract: To explore the influence of monastrol on mitosis in human pulmonary adenocarcinoma cell line A549. Method: Immunofluorescence stainning and fluorescenceactivated cell sorting techniques were used to detect the the count of cells and the cell cycle. Result: A549 cell was blocked in prometaphase by monastrol and the mitosis cells were monopolar spindlelike. Conclusion: Monastrol can influence mitosis of lung cancer cells, and therefore inhibits the growth of lung cancer cells.
