基于经济订购量模式的医院药品采购及仓储效率优化

Economic order quantity model-based medicine purchasing and storing optimization

摘要: 目的 通过对某三甲医院药品采购以及仓储规范化管理过程中的成本及效率问题进行研究,优化医院药品采购流程,节约管理药品的成本,为医院药品仓储及采购活动的发展建设提供建议。 方法 随机选取该医院10种药品,利用经济订购量(EOQ)模型,结合该医院的药品采购资料和财务资料等得到10种药品的最佳订购量Q0、订购周期L、总成本TC等,并与实际订购量、实际订购周期和实际管理成本进行对比。 结果 采用EOQ模型计算得出的10种药品的L为14.6周,较实际订购周期1~2周延长;Q0较实际订购量增加;若采用EOQ模型,则医院的药品管理成本较实际管理支出降低。 结论 采用EOQ模型,结合医院管理的实际制定符合医院现状的采购预案不仅能够降低订购频率,节省人力资源,同时节省医院药品管理的成本。

Abstract: Objective To optimize the medical purchasing process and cut down the cost of managing drugs by studying the cost and efficiency of standardized management of medicine purchasing and storing in a tertiary hospital. Methods Based on economic order quantity(EOQ)model, medical purchase information and financial data of the hospital, the optimum quantity Q0, length of order circle L and total cost of ten kinds of randomly selected medicines TC were compared with the actual ordering quantity, ordering circle and cost. Results Length of order circle of the 10 kinds of medicines was 14.6 weeks, much longer than the actual ordering circle(1-2 weeks). Q0 was higher than the actual ordering quantity, and the total management cost would be reduced if Q0 was used. Conclusion Ordering frequency, human resource cost and the cost of medicine management would be significantly reduced if EOQ model is introduced based on the actuality of the hospital.
