摘要: 目的 探讨微生态制剂肠内营养支持在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用疗效。 方法 选取2018年5月至2020年6月于郑州人民医院治疗的重型颅脑损伤患者85例,其中对照组42例(常规肠内营养组)和实验组43例(微生态制剂肠内营养组)。比较两组患者治疗前后基本情况、营养状态、免疫功能指标及胃肠功能并发症。 结果 治疗前两组患者基本情况无差异,治疗后两组患者TP、Hb、PA、ALB、GLO、IgA、IgM及IgG数值均升高,实验组效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后两组患者CD4+数值升高、CD8+数值降低,胃肠道并发症腹胀、呕吐及误吸发生率差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);实验组患者腹泻发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031);Logistic回归分析结果显示,ALB、PA、IgG和腹泻与患者微生态制剂肠内营养治疗效果有关。 结论 重型颅脑损伤患者术后行微生态制剂肠内营养治疗可以改善营养状况和免疫功能。
