595nm脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣868例回顾性分析

Retrospective study of 868 port-wine stains patients treated with flashlamp-pumped pulsed dye laser(595nm)

摘要:

目的   评价595nm脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣的临床疗效。方法    用595nm脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣868例。结果   595nm脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣总有效率为71.54%,疗效与患者年龄、皮损部位、皮损面积、治疗次数有关。 868例患者中,0.9%出现水疱;0.4%出现色素沉着;0.7%出现瘢痕。结论   595nm脉冲染料激光治疗鲜红斑痣安全可靠,疗效确切。

Abstract:

Objective   To evaluate the efficacy of 595 nm flashlamp-pumped pulsed dye laser in treatment of port-wine stains(PWS). Methods   A retrospective study was performed in 868 patients with PWS treated with 595nm flashlamp-pumped pulsed dye laser. The efficacy and side-effects were evaluated. Results   The total effective rate was 71.54%. The efficacy was correlated with patients′ age, sites of lesions, area of lesions and the times of treatment (P<0.05). Blister, hyperpigmentation, and scar were found in 0.9%, 0.4% and 0.7% of these patients, respectively. Conclusion    595nm flashlamp-pumped pulsed dye laser is effective and safe for the treatment of PWS.
