Influence of different chemical irrigants on the micropush-out bond strength of an adhesive system used to cement glass fiber posts to root dentin

摘要:

目的   比较3种不同桩道冲洗液5.25%NaClO溶液和15.00%EDTA溶液、蒸馏水、0.20%氯己定溶液对纤维桩剪切粘结强度的影响。方法   选取30颗单根管前磨牙,距釉牙骨质界上2mm截冠,常规根管充填桩道预备后随机分为3组,分别是A组:5.25%NaClO溶液和15%EDTA溶液,B组:蒸馏水(对照组),C组:0.2%的氯己定溶液冲洗桩道,利用自酸蚀树脂水门汀(Clearfil DC Bond)将POPO纤维桩粘固于根管中。包埋并切割试样,微推出实验测试剪切粘结强度,体式显微镜观察粘结界面破坏方式,记录数据并进行统计分析。结果   C组的剪切粘结强度(5.58±0.49)MPa,高于A组(3.31±0.46)MPa(P<0.05),显著高于 B组(2.06±0.26)MPa(P<0.001);界面形态学观察显示,各组样本的破坏类型均集中于混合破坏形式。结论   冲洗剂的应用对纤维桩的剪切粘接强度有影响;C组的粘结效果最佳;各组样本的粘接界面多表现为混合破坏形式。

Abstract:

Objective   To evaluate the influence of different endodontic irrigants (5.25%NaClO & 15%EDTA, distilled water and 0.2% chlorhexidine) on the micropush-out bond strength of an adhesive system used to cement glass fiber posts to dentin. Methods   Thirty single root canal premolar teeth were selected and their dental crowns were cut 2mm above the cementum line.After general root canal filling preparation,they were divided into 3 groups according to the solution used during instrumentation: group A: 5.25%NaClO & 15%EDTA;group B:Distilled water (control group); group C: 0.2% chlorhexidine. The glass fiber posts-POPO were cemented with Clearfil DC Bond. The specimens were submitted to micropush-out strength testing and the results were analyzed. The dentin-cement-post adhesive interface of each specimen and failure modes were evaluated by stereomicroscope observation. Results   There were statistically significant differences regarding the irrigant solution factor. The group C(5.58±0.49)MPa resulted in significantly higher shear bond strengths than group A(3.31±0.46) MPa, (P<0.05); and resulted in higher shear bond strengths than group B(2.06±0.26)MPa (P<0.001). Interface morphology observed by stereomicroscope indicated that almost all specimen failure modes focused on mixed type. Conclusion   Different irrigant solutions affect the micropush-out bond strength of the fixation system used to cement the glass fiber posts.2. 2% chlorhexidine can be used for obtaining an effective adhesion to root canals. Interface morphology observed by stereomicroscope indicated that almost all specimen failure modes mostly focus on mixed type.
