人类群体遗传空间结构分析的典型趋势面模型

摘要:

目的建立人类群体遗传空间结构分析的典型趋势面模型。方法以mtDNA系统的遗传空间结构组分分析为实例,结合典型相关分析与趋势面分析方法,应用arcGIS 93和SAS 913软件建立基于群体遗传空间结构的典型趋势面模型。结果mtDNA系统遗传结构的分析实例表明,此模型可定量地将人类群体遗传空间结构剖分为遗传梯度趋势和地理距离隔离,分离具有群体遗传学意义的遗传结构区域。结论人类群体遗传空间结构分析的典型趋势面模型,可以定量揭示和分离人类群体遗传空间结构组分特征,为阐明群体遗传学和人类学问题提供依据。

Abstract:

To establish a spatial canonical trend surface model of human population genetic structure analysis. MethodsUsing canonical correlation analysis in combination with trend surface analysis,and arcGIS 93 and SAS 913, the spatial canonical trend surface analysis models were set up based on the example of mtDNA system spatial genetic structure analysis. ResultsWith the example of the mtDNA system, the spatial canonical trend surface analysis model quantitatively divided the spatial genetic structure of human population into the genetic and the geographical, and also separated the genetic trend surface which had population genetics importance. ConclusionSpatial canonical trend surface analysis models of human population genetic structure can quantitatively reveal and separate the spatial structure and composition of population genetic structure, and provide statistical proofs of population genetics and anthropology.
