济南居民膳食硒摄入量与血清硒参考值调查

Dietary Se intake and serum Se reference value of Jinan residents

摘要:

目的 调查济南居民每日人均硒(Se)摄入量, 探讨血清硒(SSe)含量的参考值范围以及性别、年龄对SSe含量的影响。方法   2007年8月至2008年1月以485名济南市区健康成人作为调查对象,采用7d膳食摄入表法进行每人每日硒摄入量调查;采用微波消解-氢化物发生-原子吸收分光光度法检测SSe含量,并行统计分析。结果  济南市区健康成人人均摄入硒55.93μg/d,男性硒摄入量66.98μg/d,高于女性的49.57μg/d(P<0.05),年龄对硒摄入量无明显影响。SSe含量为(61.84±13.25)μg/L,参考值范围为(35.87~87.81)μg/L,男性SSe含量均值为63.40μg/L,高于女性的60.77μg/L(P<0.05),年龄对SSe水平没有显著影响。结论初步确定济南居民SSe的参考值范围;发现济南居民膳食硒摄入量及血清硒含量处于低水平,建议居民适量饮食补硒。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate per capita dietary Se intake and serum reference value of selenium of Jinan residents, and explore the influences of sex and age.  Methods  From August 2007 to January 2008, 485 healthy Jinan subjects were recruited for filling in seven days dietary intakes questionnaires to investigate dietary Se daily intake. Then hydrogenation atomic absorption spectrometry (HGAAS) was used to detect concentration of serum Se after samples were digested by microwave.  ResultsPer capita dietary intake of Se of healthy Jinan adults was 55.93μg /d, and selenium intake of males 66.98μg/d was higher than that of females 49.57μg/d(P<0.05),  indicating that selenium intake level was not influenced by age. Serum Se content of Jinan residents was (61.84±13.25)μg/L and reference value was (35.87~87.81)μg/L. Serum selenium level of males 63.40μg/L was higher than that of females 60.77μg/L(P<0.05), which was not influenced by age. Conclusion  Reference value of serum Se concentration of Jinan residents was initially set, and this investigation showed that dietary Se intake and serum Se level in Jinan residents were low, suggesting that Jinan residents should take Se-enriched foods.
