摘要: 目的探讨二维最小生成树模型在分析自然疫源性疾病疫源地空间结构中的地理流行病学意义及其实际应用价值。方法遵循空间系统聚类的基本思想,将图论、泛生物地理学等学科的理论方法相结合,在地理信息系统(GIS)框架内,构建自然疫源性疾病疫源地空间结构的二维最小生成树(MST)模型,并以肾综合征出血热为例,验证模型的优良性。结果MST模型对分析疫源地空间结构的相似性、揭示疫源地内疫点之间的生态学或流行病学联系、推测疾病流行轨迹等具有良好的适用性。结论MST模型是分析自然疫源性疾病疫源地空间结构动态特征的良好方法。

Abstract: To explore the application and geoepidemiological significance of the 2D minimal spanning tree model (MST) in analyzing the spatial structure of natural focal disease. MethodsBased on the foundation of spatial hierarchy clustering and combing graph theory with a path analysis of panbiogeography, we set up the 2D graphic MST model of the framework of geographic information system (GIS). To verify the model, structures of the natural focus of Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) of Shandong Province were identified. ResultsThe MST model could not only analyze the comparability of structures but also infer the ecological or epidemiological association and the spatiotemporal trace of diseases. ConclusionThe MST model is a useful method in analyzing spatial structures of natural focal diseases.
