摘要：

目的〓〖HTK〗评价氟康唑、伊曲康唑、伏立康唑分别与环孢菌素A联合应用时对敏感与耐药白色念珠菌的体外抗真菌效果。〖HTW〗方法〓〖HTK〗采用棋盘法测定两类药物联用的体外抗真菌效果，以OD值测定法判读MIC值，并以FICI法对联用结果进行评价。〖HTW〗结果〓〖HTK〗两类药物联用对耐药白色念珠菌全部表现为协同作用，对敏感菌大多表现为无关作用。〖HTW〗结论〓〖HTK〗对于耐药白色念珠菌，环孢菌素A对3种三唑类药物均有明显的增敏作用，但对敏感菌的增敏作用不明显。以OD值测定法判读MIC值具有客观、迅速简便的特点。

Abstract:

Objective〓〖WTBZ〗To explore the interaction of three azoles combined with Cyclosporin A against susceptive and resistant strains of C. albicans. 〖WTHZ〗Methods〓〖WTBZ〗The response was determined by the checkerboard micro-dilution method， and after the spectrophototric reading， the fractional inhibitory concentration index（FICI）was calculated. 〖WTHZ〗Results〓〖WTBZ〗Drugs combined together acted synergistically against resistant strains， while the interactions were mostly indifferent against susceptible strains. 〖WTHZ〗Conclusion〓〖WTBZ〗Cyclosporin A largely enhances the anti-fungal activity of azoles against resistant C.albicans strains but not against susceptive ones. The OD testing method is objective and convenient.
