应用In-Ovation自锁托槽系统排齐和整平牙列过程中上颌牙槽弓及牙弓的变化

摘要: 目的评价In-Ovation自锁托槽系统排齐和整平牙列过程中上颌牙槽弓及牙弓的变化。方法选取20例上颌牙列轻度拥挤的正畸患者(女13例,男7例,17~35岁),应用In-Ovation自锁托槽系统排齐和整平上颌牙列,在T1阶段(即治疗前)和T2阶段(即应用0.016英寸Ni-Ti圆丝排齐和整平结束时)分别制取患者上颌模型,所有模型用专用激光扫描仪扫描,并用Imageware图像软件分析处理,建立数字化研究模型,然后选取牙槽弓及牙弓测量标志点进行多项测量。应用SPSS12.0统计软件分析治疗前后上颌牙槽弓及牙弓宽度,牙弓长度及周长的变化。结果与T1阶段相比,T2阶段除了磨牙中央窝点间牙弓宽度测量项目外,所有牙槽弓、牙弓宽度测量值以及牙弓周长测量值均显著增大(P<0.05),但牙弓长度的变化无统计学意义。结论对于上颌牙列轻度拥挤的患者,在应用In-Ovation自锁托槽系统排齐和整平牙列的初期,就可使上颌牙槽弓及牙弓宽度、牙弓周长均显著增大。

Abstract: To evaluate changes in the maxillary dentoalveolar and dental arch produced by the In-Ovation self-ligating system during the leveling and aligning phases of treatment. MethodsThe In-Ovation self-ligating system was used in 20 patients (13 females and 7 males, 17 to 35 years old) with mild crowding in the maxillary arch to level and align the maxillary dentition. Dental casts of the maxillary arch were taken at T1(immediately before treatment)and T2(at the end of leveling and aligning phase with 0.016in Ni-Ti archwires). All dental casts were scanned by a special laser scanner and treated with Image ware software to install digital models, and then many landmarks of dentoalveolar and dental arch were selected in the digital models. All data were analyzed by SPSS12.0 software, and changes before and after treatment in dentoalveolar and the dental arch widths, and the depth and perimeter of the maxillary arch were determined. ResultsCompared with T1, statistically significant increases were recorded in all dentoalveolar and dental arch widths, except for the intermolar width measured fossa, and also arch perimeter at T2 (P<0.05). No significant changes were found in the arch depth. ConclusionDuring the initial phase of leveling and aligning, the In-Ovation selfligating system produces significant increases in the transverse dentoalveolar, the dental arch width and the perimeter of the maxillary arch.
