Relationship between the autonomic dysreflexia and calcitonin gene-related peptide in rats following an acute spinal cord injury

摘要: 目的:研究急性脊髓损伤后,自主神经异常反射(autonomic dysreflexia, AD)与降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide, CGRP)阳性神经元的相关性。方法:用Wistar大鼠制作急性脊髓损伤模型,分别于损伤后0,3,6,9,12,15d连续观测大鼠的AD和CGRP阳性神经元光密度的变化。结果:在损伤后15d内CGRP阳性神经元密度增高与时间呈二次函数变化,AD与脊髓内交感神经节前神经元及相关神经元突触重建部分相关。结论:大鼠急性脊髓损伤后CGRP阳性神经元密度随时间呈函数变化,并且AD与CGRP阳性神经元的生长有相关性。

Abstract: Objective: To study the relationship between the autonomic dysreflexia(AD) and positive neurons of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in rats following an acute spinal cord injury. Method: Changes of the AD and the dendrite of the CGRP positive neurons were produced at the day of 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15 in Wistar rats following an acute spinal cord injury (SCI). Result: CGRP increased in a time-dependent manner by the quadratic function in 15 days. There was correlation between the AD and the restitution of the CGRP positive neurons. Conclusion: CGRP increases in a timedependent manner by the quadratic function. There are relationships between AD and CGRP positive neurons.
