TCD对实验性兔蛛网膜下腔出血脑血管痉挛状况的评价

摘要: 目的:探讨在兔蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)模型上,建立经颅多普勒超声(TCD)及脑血管造影(DSA)检测兔椎基底动脉脑血管痉挛(CVS)的新方法。方法:建立兔枕大池二次注血模型,同时行逆行颈内动脉插管椎基底动脉造影和TCD检测。结果:逆行性颈内动脉血管造影能清晰地显示椎基底动脉系统,注血前后血管管径有明显差异(P<0.05),平均血流速度注血后明显加快(P<0.05)。结论:一侧颈内动脉逆行插管椎基底动脉造影操作简单、可靠,采用TCD检测可获得兔椎基底动脉脑血管痉挛稳定的图谱。

Abstract: To establish a new method for determing cerebral vaspaspasm(cvs) of basilar artery by cerebral angiography and transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD) in rabbits after experimental subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Method: Arterial blood was injected into the cistern magana two times. The angiography and TCD examination were performed at the same time. Results: The basilar arterial system could be clearly showed by retrograde angiography. The mean flow velocities of the basilar artery significantly increased after SAH. Conclusion: Retrograde angiography to the basilar arterial system is a reliable and easily managed method. The high quality and intensity of basilar arterial TCD image can be acquired by improving frequency of ultrasound signal.
