不同强度和时程应激对大鼠海马HSP70mRNA习惯化表达的影响

Stress in different intensity and duration effects the habitual expression of HSP70mRNA on the hippocampus of rats

摘要: 目的:观察重复低强度强迫游泳应激后大鼠海马HSP70mRNA表达及习惯化表达;应激强度改变对HSP70mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)方法,观察重复强迫温水游泳应激导致大鼠海马HSP70mRNA表达的变化和不同应激强度对HSP70mRNA表达的影响。结果:重复强迫温水游泳可导致HSP70mRNA表达习惯化,当再给予4?℃冰水游泳应激时,可引起HSP70mRNA表达增加。结论:重复应激可以导致HSP70mRNA表达习惯化,高强度应激可以逆转低强度应激引起的习惯化效应。

Abstract: To study the habitual expression of HSP70mRNA in hippocampus of rats by forcedswimming stress, and therefore to explore the effect of different intensity stress on the HSP70mRNA expression. Method: RTPCR was used to observe the changes of HSP70mRNA expression in hippocampus. Result: Repeated forced swimming in warm water resulted in expressive habituation, and an additive forced in 4?℃ water led to higher HSP70mRNA expression. Conclusion: Repeated stress may induce the habituation of the HSP70mRNA expression, and intense stress may reverse the habituation induced by repeated chronic stress.
