氮氧化物抗紫外线所致豚鼠皮肤光损伤的病理研究

摘要: 目的:从病理学角度探讨氮氧化物Tempol对紫外线所致豚鼠皮肤光损伤的防护作用。方法:36只豚鼠随机分成非照射对照组、照射对照组、Tempol组,除非照射对照组外,其余两组接受紫外线照射共14周。结果:照射对照组豚鼠真皮胶原纤维及弹力纤维增粗、断裂、排列紊乱,同时其皮肤丙二醛含量明显高于非照射对照组和Tempol组(P均<0.01)。结论:Tempol对紫外线引起的皮肤光损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract: To investigate the protective effects of Tempol(a nitroxide)on skin photodamage caused by ultraviolet in guinea pigs from the view of pathology. Methods: A total of 36 guinea pigs were divided into 3 groups randomly: nonradiation control, radiation control and Tempol . Except for nonradiation control, other two groups were monitored following radiation with ultraviolet for 14 weeks. Results: The collagen and elastic fibers became thicker,fragmented and disarranged in radiation control group.And the MDA content in radiation control group was significantly higher than in nonradiation and Tempol groups at the same time (P<0.01). Conclusion: Tempol has a protective effect on skin photodamage caused by ultraviolet.
