摘要: ]目的:建立一种简便、灵敏的ε聚赖氨酸(εPL)产生菌的筛选方法。方法:利用产正电分泌物的菌株和美蓝之间的静电作用而形成独特的透明圈,从而灵敏地筛选得到产正电分泌物的菌株;利用Dragendorff试剂与生物碱特有的颜色反应,从菌株中筛选,得到3株生物碱产生菌。结果:对产生物碱的菌株发酵液进行εPL含量分析,确定1株εPL高产菌Z18。结论:经鉴定Z18 为白色链霉菌。

Abstract: To develop a simple and sensitive method for screening εPL producing strains from soils. Methods: Because dye reacted with the secreted basic polymers by electrostatic interaction and formed special zoon, a basic dye, methylene blue, incorporated in the agar plate was used to detect εPL producers, and then Dragendorff reagent was used to detect alkaloid producers. Result: A over producing strain Z18 was obtained. Conclusion: Z18 is a member of Streptomyces albulus.
