RhGCSF inhibits inflammatory reaction of brain tissues in senescence accelerated mouse P10

Abstract:

To observe the effects of rhGCSF on the inhibition of the inflammatory response of senescence accelerated mouse P10 (SAMP10). MethodsFortyeight SAMP10 were randomly divided into the control group and the rhGCSF group. Mice in the rhGCSF group were subcutaneously subjected to 100?μg/(kg·d) rhGCSF for 7 days, while mice in the control group were subjected to normal saline. Expressions of TNFα and iNOS were determined by immunofluorescence on the 7th, 14th, 28th, and 56th day after administration. The percentage， area and density of the TNFα positive cells and iNOS positive cells were analyzed by Imagepro Plus software. ResultsCompared with the control group, the percentage， area and density of the TNFα positive cells and iNOS positive cells significantly declined in the rhGCSF group. ConclusionRhGCSF can significantly inhibit the inflammatory response of SAMP10.
