摘要: 目的 调查龈下刮治术中所用手套穿孔情况,探究手套穿孔的影响因素。 方法 2021年7月至2022年2月在某口腔专科医院牙周病科收集龈下刮治术中使用的手套,通过不透水试验测试手套穿孔情况。使用一般资料调查表收集手套使用者的基本资料。采用SPSS 25.0 统计学软件进行统计描述、卡方检验/Fisher确切概率法和Mann-Whiney U检验,分析手套穿孔情况及其影响因素。 结果 研究中共收集手套141副,龈下刮治术中使用的手套穿孔率为14.9%(21/141)。141副手套中共发生穿孔25例次,穿孔部位多发生于右手,占64.0%(16/25),并以右手示指(6例次)、右手手掌(4例次)最为多见。手套穿孔情况在操作时长上的差异具有统计学意义(U=767.500, P=0.004)。 结论 龈下刮治术中使用的手套穿孔发生率较高,穿孔部位以右手示指及手掌居多,操作时长是手套穿孔的显著影响因素。
